Color toner has a consistent size distribution based on average particle diameter of 1um and is the powder that has a very high flow-ability. The main components are Resin, Magnetite, Charge Control Agent, Pigment and Wax, etc while the color, electrical charge and thermal characteristics get changed followed by change of these components. Because the particles are very small, they have sensitive characteristics. Accordingly, while there is high defect rate and many defect types, CL Korea is developing and supplying reproduced toners that are like genuine products with stead research and development.
